Use Ultra Grip when using Fusion products on surfaces that you want the paint to adhere to. Unusual surfaces, such as laminate, melamine, or shiny surfaces that can't be scuff sanded are ideal for this product. Ultra Grip can be applied with a roller, brush, sponge, or a Fusion applicator pad. Just be careful with how it is applied to avoid any texture that will show through once painted over. However you apply the product, apply it in thin layers. Although the product is an opaque white, it dries clear with small hints of white. 

How to use:

First, clean your project with soap and water. If the project is greasy or dirty, use the Fusion TSP Alternative to clean. Apply Ultra Grip using a roller, brush, sponge, or Fusion applicator pad. Apply in very light layers to avoid any texture on your piece. All that is needed is one coat. After applying, wait 12 hours before painting for full adhesion.
